Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
At Softer Life Beyond Trauma, I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. To honor both your time and mine, please review the following policy:
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their Guidance Call up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment at no charge.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session.
Rescheduling fee is applicable after the first cancelation/rescheduled appointment. $25 to reschedule will be required on the third attempt to reschedule or no call- no show.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may choose to apply the payment toward a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
A new appointment will require a new booking fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
Emergency Exceptions
I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
